Sue-
Is there any chance of getting that short story to tie up Republic/Imperial Commando at all?
Thanks.
Probably not --
I don't know where Amazon got those place-holder titles.
There are no plans for reprints of Dark Force Rising or The Last Command at this time.
Here's the present 2011 schedule for ONLY the books that I am responsible for:
Knight Errant (John Jackson Miller) paperback: Jan 25
Backlash reprint (Aaron Allston): Feb 22
Allies reprint (Christie Golden): April 26
FotJ: Conviction (Aaron Allston) hardcover: May 17
Heir to the Empire Anniversary Edition (Timothy Zahn) hardcover: June 21
Choices (Timothy Zahn): hardcover: July 19
Riptide (Paul Kent) paperback: July 26
FotJ Ascension (Christie Golden) hardcover: Aug 16
Shadow Games (Michael Reaves & Maya Bonhoff) paperback: Sept 27
Vortex reprint (Troy Denning) paperback: Nov 29
I just received advanced copies of Knight Errant and the first 14 pages of the first issue of Dark Horse's Knight Errant comic is included in the middle of the paperback, in color. It came out really well. There's also a preview at the end of Paul Kemp's Old Republic: Deceived. And the cover to Riptide should be posted on sw.com within the next couple of days.
Sue, in your 2011 overview, you wrote:
"FotJ: Conviction (Aaron Allston) hardcover: May 17"
The Random House listing has this for May 24th, not May 17th. Is the 24th correct?
I have the 17th on my calendar, but I would trust Random House -- it's very possible that it was moved a week.

Also news from Author Paul S. Kemp via Twitter:
@Paulskemp Paul S. Kemp
Received the copyedited manuscript of RIPTIDE yesterday. A few tweaks and the book is done.
Finally, news via New Jedi Order Encyclopdia.com and forum member Max Jaybo, possibly the final cover blurb for Paul S. Kemp's "The Old Republic: Deceived."
The second novel set in the Old Republic era and based on the massively multiplayer online game Star Wars®: The Old Republic™ ramps up the action and brings readers face-to-face for the first time with a Sith warrior to rival the most sinister of the Order’s Dark Lords—Darth Malgus, the mysterious, masked Sith of the wildly popular “Deceived” and “Hope” game trailers. Malgus brought down the Jedi Temple on Coruscant in a brutal assault that shocked the galaxy. But if war crowned him the darkest of Sith heroes, peace would transform him into something far more heinous—something Malgus would never want to be, but cannot stop, any more than he can stop the rogue Jedi fast approaching.-NJOE.com
Her name is Aryn Leneer—and the lone Knight that Malgus cut down in the fierce battle for the Jedi Temple was her Master. And now she’s going to find out what happened to him, even if it means breaking every rule in the book.
